We provide an open forum for the benefit of our customers and other ENUM users. If you want to make a post on the forum or request information on the community please register a UKeN account first.

Please note that as this forum is publicly accessible therefore we ask that you do not enter any personal data or account details on the forum. Also we have a strict zero tolerance policy and any unacceptable behavior or offensive language could lead to an automatic ban on your forum rights.

Support Tickets

Please search the FAQ's section and the forum prior to submitting a support ticket. These two sections of the site give the solution to the majority of questions asked and can often lead to your issue being resolved faster.

If however you question is not covered in the FAQ's and asking a question in the forum does not wield the required results or if you need to give account details/personal information, please log in to submit a support ticket and our support team will be in touch at the first opportunity.
